Each opportunity includes available headline information such as marketplace, approximate age, account health status and relevant business or account history. Additional information may be available during the enquiry and due-diligence process.

Yes. You can request additional available information about an opportunity before deciding whether to proceed. There is no obligation to proceed.

Opportunities may relate to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and European marketplaces. Each listing states the marketplace associated with it.

“Aged account” is an informal term commonly used to describe an Amazon seller account that has existed for a period of time. Age alone does not indicate account quality, performance or future selling eligibility.

Account Health Rating (AHR) is Amazon’s colour-coded score used to help sellers monitor account health based on adherence to its selling policies. The score ranges from 0 to 1,000 and can change over time.

Businesses can change ownership, but an Amazon seller account should not be assumed to transfer with the business. Amazon states that seller accounts are generally not transferable and that a new owner may be required to establish a new seller account. Business restructures where beneficial ownership does not change may be handled differently and can trigger re-verification.
